Who we are

Quill is operated by Anagarmedia Inc., a company registered in Canada ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Quill.

What Quill does

Quill analyses LinkedIn posts you import to learn your writing style, then drafts new posts in that style. You can edit, schedule and publish them to your own LinkedIn account through LinkedIn's official API.

You need a LinkedIn account and must grant Quill permission to post on your behalf. You can revoke that permission from LinkedIn at any time, which stops Quill publishing anything further.

Your content, and who is responsible for it

You own what you import and what Quill drafts for you. We claim no rights over it beyond what is needed to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for everything published to your LinkedIn account, including drafts Quill wrote. Quill generates text using a language model. It can be wrong, misleading, or unintentionally similar to something else. Read every draft before it goes out. Scheduling a post is you choosing to publish it.

You must not use Quill to publish anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or in breach of LinkedIn's own terms. We may suspend an account we believe is doing so.

Plans, limits and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, who process payments and store card details — we never see your card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax, which is calculated at checkout.

Each plan includes a monthly writing allowance, shown in the app as an approximate number of posts. The allowance renews at the start of each billing period and does not roll over. If you reach it, drafting pauses until the period renews — everything you have already written stays available to edit, schedule and publish.

New paid subscriptions include a free trial. A card is collected up front and the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you before it affects you, and the change will not apply until your next billing period.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the billing portal in the app. Your plan continues to the end of the period you have paid for. After that, drafting stops, but your account and everything in it remain accessible — you can still read, edit, schedule, publish and delete the posts you already created.

Refunds

If Quill is not right for you, email gaurav@anagarmedia.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

After 14 days we do not refund part-used periods, because the writing allowance has already been spent on your behalf. If the service is broken, or you were charged in error or after cancelling, tell us and we will put it right regardless of when it happened.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to appear. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Availability

Quill depends on services we do not control — LinkedIn, and the providers of the language models it uses. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. If LinkedIn changes or withdraws access to their API, features may stop working at short notice.

We provide Quill "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time by emailing gaurav@anagarmedia.com. Deleting Quill data does not remove posts already published to LinkedIn; you can delete those from Quill (choosing to remove them from LinkedIn too) or from LinkedIn directly.

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms. If we end your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms materially, we will say so in the app or by email before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
